Her passion for health education is deeply personal. Having grown up as a patient with Type 1 Diabetes, she understands firsthand the challenges of managing a chronic condition, navigating healthcare decisions, and balancing the daily demands of living with illness.

Dr. Hannah is an osteopathic physician with advanced training in nutrition and functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She is also certified in Advanced Diabetes Management through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES). She combines her knowledge of physiology, medical therapies, nutrition, functional medicine principles, and behavior change to provide patient-centered education and practical tools for making informed health decisions.
Through her educational platform, Dr. Hannah creates resources, courses, and content designed to make evidence-based health information accessible, understandable, and actionable.
